Once you have approved the final design, we will begin the website development process. We do not offer refunds for website development services once we have started the development process.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for our website maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, we will issue a full refund of the maintenance fee.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for our website hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days, we will issue a full refund of the hosting fee.
We do not offer refunds for any services that have been completed and delivered to you. We also do not offer refunds for any third-party services or products that we have purchased on your behalf, such as domain names or website themes.
